Regional CLT Coalitions

Since the U.S. is a pretty big place, a number of CLTs have organized regional coalitions in order to collaborate on state or regional issues, offer trainings to CLT practitioners, board members and homeowners, as well as to get together to share information and enjoy each others company. The following is a list of regional CLT coalitions, with more forming every year.

Minnesota CLT Coalition

Northwest CLT Coalition
Spring CLT Conference: April 28 - 30, 2010 in Portland, Oregon

The Northwest CLT Coalition has been and continues to be a regional and national leader in the arena of permanently affordable homeownership. Its membership has expanded to over 20 CLT organizations along with 11 supporting members, and its most recent regional meeting was sold out. Over the past few years, the NWCLTC has played a critical role in providing its CLT members with skilled technical assistance, strong public policy advocacy, frequent peer networking and learning opportunities, and tools for building public awareness of CLTs.
