With generous support from the Ford Foundation, the Network created our technical assistance (TA) program in 2009 to increase the capacity of community land trusts to serve their communities and to be good stewards of the community assets for which they have responsibility.
More about the TA Program
The TA Program consists of on-line resources found here, peer-to-peer coaching, the help-desk and direct, consultant delivered TA to individual organizations. Member CLTs are encouraged to apply for direct TA and selected based on the priorities outlined in the 2009-2013 Network Strategic Plan.
The National CLT Network continues to develop its technical assistance program and in doing so seeks consultants to provide technical assistance and professional services for the Network. The consultant pool is designed to provide a wide range of services with varying technical expertise to member groups and start up organizations seeking assistance related to their community land trust.
