The Community Land Trust model is a powerful and flexible one. However, it is not always simple to implement. Therefore, the National CLT Network is committed to providing excellent resource materials to our membership, as well as anyone interesting in exploring or implementing the CLT model. The Resource section of the website contains all sorts of useful documents, links, case studies, and other types of information.

Over the coming year, this section will be expanding greatly, with an emphasis on information to enable new CLTs to get off the ground, as well as sample documents of interest to more experienced CLT practitioners.
